A Man from Thayer was killed in a two vehicle accident south of West Plains Thursday afternoon. The Highway patrol reports that 27 year old Thaddaus Collins died in the accident, when the vehicle he was driving went into the path of the tractor trailer driven by 63 year old Terry Edwards of Horn City Florida. Edwards was not injured. The accident happened on highway 63 about 5 miles south of West Plains around 12:30 Thursday afternoon. The highway was blocked for several hours.
