An Independence County man has been arrested on drug charges. 30 year old Dustin Scott Clem was charged with two counts of delivery of meth after he allegedly sold meth to a confidential informant. The delivery was less than 1,000 feet from a church. He was also charged as an habitual offender. His bond was set at $25,000
