One person is dead and another injured after a shooting at Hawg’s Exxon in Batesville. Sunday night. Batesville police report that they were called to Hawg’s Exxon around 7:08 Sunday evening and found a 34 year old lying on the ground next to his vehicle. The victim had multiple gunshot wounds to his torso, He allegedly told authorities that a man named Casey Evans had shot him and left the scene in a red Ford F150. The victim was taken to White River Medical Center where he passed away. Evans vehicle was later spotted and stopped and 46 year old Robert Casey Evans had a gunshot wound to his shoulder. He was treated and released to Police. The Investigation continues.

Batesville Police are investigating a shooting at Hawg’s Exxon. Very few details are being released at this time. The Shooting happened last night and police were on the scene for a couple of hours.
