A man from Gainesville is facing Murder and kidnapping charges. According to reports, 31 year old Timothy Sprague allegedly
shot and killed Cameron Shane Stilwell and then forced two women who had witnessed the shooting to go with him to Arkansas
and Oklahoma. Sprague is charged with second degree murder, two counts of third degree kidnapping, and one count each of
first degree robbery, unlawful possession of a firearm and abandament of a corpse. Sprague was arrested in West Siloam Springs Oklahoma.
