The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a man from Birch Tree. 27 year old Midnight Andrews was arrested for felony endangering the welfare, driving while revoked, no seat belt and driving while intoxicated. Andrews was taken to the Shannon County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
