A woman from Alton was arrested on felony rape charges from Oregon County. 23 year old Lauren Fowler was arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department and an Oregon County warrant was issued for felony second degree statutory rape, and fourth degree child molestation, child less than 17 years old . She was taken to the Thayer Jail and bail was set at $1,500 cash or surety.
