A Pathologist’s report released by Oregon County Coroner Tom Clary has found that two women who were found dead on July 22nd died of natural causes. 67 year old Paula Hall and 48 year old Jennifer Hall were found at Paula Hall’s Home on county road 208A during a well-being check. The deaths were investigated by the Missouri State Highway patrol, Oregon County Sheriff’s Office and the Oregon County Coroner.
