The Missouri State highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a West Plains man. 33 year old Anthony Martin was arrested for felony meth, felony paraphernalia, misdemeanor DWI drugs, Misdemeanor marijuana, misdemeanor paraphernalia, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, no seat belt and no valid drivers license. He was taken to the Howell county jail.
