The West Plains City Council will host a public hearing on Monday at the West Plains Civic Center to discuss a city-wide Mask Mandate. I talked to City administrator Tom stein about it

I asked him why they were having the meeting now
There will be two session on Monday one from 3 until 5 pm and one from 5 until 7 pm, with time for 35 speakers in each session.
