A former Izard County resident accused of sexual indecency with a child was in court Monday in Jonesboro. Preston Harmon faces charges of internet stalking of a child, sexual indecency with a child and computer child porn. His bond was set at $100,000 Monday and he was ordered to appear in court September 28th.
