A woman from Jordan in Baxter County has been charged in the death of a man from Flippin in a head-on crash in February. 68-year-old Patricia Hobbs was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs and acted with criminal negligence when her vehicle hit a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Michael Clark. Clark died in the crash. Hobbs bond was set at $50,000 cash only.
