A man protesting in Thayer was injured today when he fell through a manhole. Thayer Chief Of Police Daryl Childers tells ECNN that 24 year old Zack Beard of West Plains was walking near the highway in front of Wal-Mart carrying a sign and fell through the manhole. Beard was taken from the scene for medical treatment.
