The Boys and Girls Club in West Plains have announced that they are delaying their opening due to COVID 19 affecting newly hired staff. The Boys and girls club was set to open today with the start of the school year bit will now open on September 8th. The Boys and Girls club is still looking to hire a few part-time staffers.
