
Tuesday the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported 1.058 new COVID 19 cases in the state with 8 new deaths, bringing the totals to 85,755 cases with 1,538 deaths.
The Arkansas Department of Health reported 273 new COVID 19 cases in the state with 17 new deaths, bringing their totals to 61,497 cases with 814 deaths.
Locally, the Howell County Health Department reports that an additional eleven cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the year to date total number of cases to two hundred and ninety-five. Currently, there are ninety-five known active cases in Howell County. Of these ninety-five cases, four are currently hospitalized with COVID-19. Seven of the new cases reside in West Plains, two live in Mtn. View, one in the Willow Springs, and one in Pomona.
In Missouri locally, Carter County has had 37 cases, 112 in Douglas County, 295 in Howell County, 60 in Oregon County, 26 in Ozark County, 91 in Ripley County, 53 in Shannon County, 101 in Texas County, and 91 in Wright County.
In Arkansas Locally, Baxter County has had 139 cases, 71 in Fulton County, 770 in Independence County, 105 in Izard County, 250 in Lawrence County, 46 in Marion County, 311 in Randolph County, 149 in Sharp County and 196 in Stone County.
