A man from Bull Shoals has been arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old relative. 41-year-old Bryan Stratton Kapeiski is charged with a class Y felony rape. A class Y felony is the most serious in Arkansas not punishable by the death penalty. Kapeiski is being held in the Marion County Jail with bond set at $100,000
