A Birch Tree man was arrested by the Highway Patrol on Thursday. 24-year-old Kyle Roberts was arrested for felony possession of meth, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid plates and no seat belt. Roberts also had two warrants from Shannon County. He was taken to the Shannon County jail.
