A man from Gainesville has pleaded guilty to assault charges involving a lawn mower. Matthew Barnett entered a guilty plea to a charge of third-degree assault/special victim. Barnett allegedly jumped on a lawn mower and started punching the driver, and then attempted to run the man over with his truck.
