On Saturday, Howell County Deputy Smith conducted a traffic stop on US Highway 63 in West Plains, Missouri. During the traffic stop, two firearms and a large amount of methamphetamine, weighing approximately 64 grams, were seized off of the operator and within the vehicle. Jamie Hutcherson was placed under arrest for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and drug trafficking. Hutcherson is currently incarcerated at the Howell County Jail with a bond currently set at $25,000.00 cash or surety.
