A Viola Woman Has Been Sentenced On Murder Charges

A Viola Arkansas woman has been sentenced to twelve years in prison in connection with a double homicide. 34-year-old Kyla Croney pleaded guilty to amended charges of two counts of second-degree murder committed during the perpetration of a felony in which a person dies and 1 count of attempted possession of a controlled substance. The charges are in connection with the murder of 30-year-old Richard Kuntz and 28-year-old Frankie Ziegler on May 5th. Two other men 31-year-old Joey Marcak and 37-year-old Levi Daniel Gunter are both charged with first degree murder and will have trial at a later date.
