A Baxter County man was arrested after an altercation with a landlord and shots were fired. 60-year-old Douglas Alan Daniel was arrested for three counts of felon in possession of a firearm and for felony terroristic threatening, public intoxication and third-degree battery. Daniel was released on $15,000 bond.
