A man and Woman from Licking have been arrested on felony drug charges. 56-year-old Vicki Studdard and 34-year-old Joshua Studdard were both arrested after the sheriff’s department responded to a disturbance on Highway P in Licking. Deputies found a crystal-like substance believed to be meth and they were told that Joshua Studdard had assaulted Vicki Studdard. Vicki Studdard is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and Joshua Studdard is charged with Felony possession of a controlled substance and third-degree domestic assault. Both were taken to the Texas County jail and bond was set at $10,000 for Vicki Studdard and at $100,000 for Joshua Studdard.
