A man from Batesville was killed in an accident early Thursday morning in Independence County. According to the Arkansas State Police, 23-year-old Colten Charles Henry F. Vickers was killed when he lost control of the SUV, he was driving in a curve drove off the road and hit two trees. The accident happened on State highway 14 at the 900-block early Thursday morning.
