Three people were arrested in a drug bust in Texas County. 31-year-old Andrew Lewis of Licking, 39-year-old Melissa Neal of Licking and 35-year-old Stephanie Hawkins of Salem MO were arrested on charges of distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of a firearm. Deputies stopped their vehicle on U.S. 63 this past weekend and found substances believed to be fentanyl and meth, they also had a loaded pistol in the vehicle.
