Two people were arrested on felony drug charges Saturday in Carter County. The Highway Patrol arrested 30-year-old Joshua Payne of Doniphan and 37-year-old Miranda Gregory of Poplar Bluff. Both are charged with felony possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a firearm and no seat belt. Payne is also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and Gregory is also charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and speeding.
