A Mountain Home Man Accused Of Manslaughter Pleads Not Guilty

A Mountain Home man charged with manslaughter in the death of his neighbor has entered a not guilty plea. 26-year-old Jonathan Robert Mauldin’s attorney entered a not guilty plea Thursday and waived arraignment. Mauldin was first charged with third degree domestic battery and terroristic threatening; those charges were amended last month to manslaughter. He allegedly shot 67-year-old James Sanders. Mauldin is free on $75,000 bond
