
Two people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident north of Thayer this afternoon. The Highway patrol says that 68-year-old Rose Brown of West Plains and 41-year-old Amber Hobbs of Cave City both suffered serious injuries and a 2-year-old boy from cave City suffered minor injuries when Hobbs crossed the centerline and hit the vehicle that brown was driving. Hobbs was flown to Regional One Health Medical Center in Memphis and Brown was flown to Baxter Regional in Mountain Home. The 2-year-old was taken to OMC. The accident happened on highway 63 about one mile north of Thayer around 12:30 this afternoon.
