A man from Oregon who was arrested earlier this week in connection with a 16-year-old murder case in Izard County is fighting extradition back to Arkansas. 44-year-old William Alama Miller was arrested in connection with the murder of Rebekah Gould, who was found dead in September of 2004 near highway 9 in Izard County. Miller appeared before a judge yesterday in Oregon and he was ordered to remain in the Lane County Oregon Jail until his extradition hearing
