Ripley County authorities have arrested a man on a felony firearms charge. Timothy Ossana is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm after the Highway Patrol received a .380 caliber pistol from a citizen that traced back to Ossana. He was convicted of aggravated assault in 1999 and two counts of felony possession of a firearm in 2014. Ossana faces up to 10 years in prison.
