A man going Deer hunting in Izard County has been arrested for a felon in possession of a firearm. 48-year-old Stephen McCurley of Wideman was arrested after an Arkansas Game and Fish officer stopped him and found out he did not have a hunting license and he was a convicted felon. His bond on his previous case has been revoked and he is being held in Izard County on no bond and will be in court December 23rd.
