A Mountain View Arkansas man has been arrested after Facebook alerted authorities, he downloaded explicit images involving a child. 28-year-old Zachary Staffen-Lewisis charged with nine counts of possessing and or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. He is being held without bond.
