A man from Kentucky was injured in an accident Sunday afternoon in Howell County. The Missouri State highway Patrol reports that 20-year-old Levi Farr suffered serious injuries when he ran off the road, struck a concrete barrier and overturned the car he was driving. Farr was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. The accident happened on U.S 60 about a mile east of Willow Springs.
