A West Plains man wanted in connection with a break-in in July has been arrested. 34-year-old Shane Collins allegedly broke into MFA Inc. in July, he is also a suspect in the JCPenney break-in in March and three break-ins in December. He is being held on a combined bond of $140,000 and will be in court on Thursday.
