Two people were injured in an accident west of Fairdealing early Thursday morning. The Highway Patrol reports that 33-year-old Kevin King of Doniphan and 25-year-old Lacey Watkins of Naylor both suffered serious injuries when King drove off the road, and hit a phone box, a tree and then overturned the car he was driving. Both king and Watkins were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on U.S 160 about a mile west of Fairdealing.
