In order to provide transparency with the community and to keep the public informed, we published this public notice in reference to the circulation of rumors and/or speculation of MARTIAL LAW being enacted throughout the internet and those applicable social media sites.
After having corresponded with the West Plains Armory, there has been concern as to a FALSE STATEMENT claiming to represent the Missouri National Guard and the local Armory in West Plains, Missouri. The Missouri National Guard has published across their social media sites that the statement is FALSE and further advises concerned citizens to ensure they fact check their media sources to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
