A Baxter County Man Pleads Not Guilty Thursday To Several Charges

A Baxter County man was in court on Thursday facing several charges. 36-year-old Michael Everett was arrested last July and is accused of making and exploding homemade pipe bombs. He is charged with criminal possession of explosive material, criminal use of prohibited weapon, three counts of possession of firearms by a felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He is also charge with shooting from a vehicle. Everett pleaded not guilty to all the charges. He may also face federal charges. His bond was set at $75,000
