Two people were injured in a accident early Friday morning in Wright county. The Highway Patrol reports that 35 year old Heather Gulley of Lebanon suffered serious injuries and 14 year old Macaney Gully suffered moderate injuries when Heather Gully drove off the road and hit a tree. Both Heather and Macaney Gully were taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened around 12:30 Friday morning on Rt M, about three miles West of Grove Spring.
Two people were injured in an accident northwest of Koshkonong Friday evening. According to the highway patrol report, 18 year old Owen Harvell of Mansfield and 18 year old Brandon Mudersbach of Kansas City were both injured when 19 year old Saxton Sarah of Alton lost control of the truck he was driving, ran off the road and struck a tree. Muderbach suffered serious injuries and was flown to Cox South in Springfield. Harvell suffered moderate injuries and was taken to OMC in West Plains. The accident happened on County road 342 about 2 miles northwest of Koshkonong.
Three people were injured in a two vehicle accident on highway 14, west of Ava, Friday morning. 49 year old Dawn Reese and 6 year old Damen Navarro both of Westmoreland Kansas and 33 year old Sonja Rowland of Ava all suffered moderate injuries when 24 year old Crystal Navarro of Westmoreland Kansas pulled out in front of Rowland. All three of the injured were taken to Cox South in Springfield.
