The Arkansas Highway Commission has approved a project to improve part of Highway 289 in Fulton County. The project includes resurfacing 1.8 miles of highway 289 from highway 62 to highway 175. The Project cost a little over $395,000 and will be done by Atlas Asphalt from Batesville. Work is expecte5d to begin in a couple weeks.
