Two people were injured in an accident late last night east of Van Buren. The Highway Patrol says that 23-year-old Deannna Leasor of Viburnum and 39-year-old Sunshine Hilderbrand of Boss both suffered serious injuries when Hilderbrand drove off the road and overturned the car she was driving. Hilderbrand was flown to a St Louis Hospital and Leasor was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on highway 21 and highway 60 about 5 miles east of Van Buren.
