A man from West Plains was killed in a two-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon south of Houston. The Highway Patrol reports that 47-year-old Randy Brooks was killed when the vehicle he was driving hit a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Michael Lee of Raymondville. Lee suffered only minor injuries. The accident happened on highway 63 about 5 miles south of Houston.
