A teenager was arrested in Mountain Home for allegedly stealing her father’s truck and debit card. 18 year old Kiara Howell was arrested when Mountain Home police made a traffic stop and recovered the stolen truck and debit card. Her father had told officers that his daughter used the debit card to make a withdrawl without permission and provided a security video from the bank of her making the transaction. Howell has been charged with twp felony counts of theft of property and one count of first-degree criminal mischief. Her bond was set at $10,000.
