Two Baxter County residents have been arrested after a child tested positive for meth. 27-year-old Ryan Eberley and 27-year-old Alexandra Neel both from Gassville face charges of introducing a controlled substance into the body of another, felony endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50,000 each.
