Two inmates at Baxter County jail face additional charges after allegedly beating up another inmate. According to reports, 36-year-old Bradley Uren of Gassville and 21-year-old Devontae Sipps of Mountain Home are both charged with felony second degree battery. Uren was being held on two counts of rape and Sipps was being held for sexual indecency with a child. Bond for Uren is over $520,000 and bond for Sipps is at $10,000.
