A teenager from Bakersfield has been arrested on a warrant from Kansas. 18-year-old Greydan Rhoades was arrested on an outstanding warrant for felony sexual exploitation of a child. Rhoades allegedly persuaded, induced, enticed or coerced a 15-year-old to engage in sexually explicit conduct with intent to promote a performance. Rhoades was extradited to Maries County Kansas with bond set at $30,000 cash or corporate surety.
