A Marked Tree man who is accused of sexually assaulting a child under 12. has been arrested in Sharp County. 67 year old Alvin Bromley is accused of sexually violating a child at a park in Lawrence County over the memorial Holiday weekend. Bromley allegedly told the young girl not to tell anyone. The Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division and Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department was notified and learned that Bromley is a registered sex offender and had been living in the Cave City area. Sheriff Mark Counts found Bromley at a Cave City Automobile Dealership. A warrant was issued and Bromley was arrested.
