A Poplar Bluff woman was injured in an accident in Ripley County Monday. The Highway Patrol reports that 70-year-old Maryrose Stricker was injured when she drove off the road and struck a ditch. Stricker was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on Highway U about seven miles south of Doniphan.
