A Mountain Grove man who was involved in an accident in February that killed another man has now been charged. 45-year-old Kelly Hoots allegedly crossed the centerline and another vehicle killing 84-year-old Franklin Lawson. Hoots is now charged with second-degree murder. Hoots had been convicted of Driving without a license 9 nines. His bond was set at $50,000
