The Arkansas State police have now released details about a fatal accident last week in Independence County. According to the report, 77-year-old Barbara Colley of Batesville was killed when she failed to yield to another vehicle and was hit in the driver’s side of the car. The accident happened on Highway 167 in Pleasant Plains.
