A Baxter County man has been arrested on burglary and theft charges. According to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, 21-year-old Seth Michael Tilley is charged with felony residential burglary and misdemeanor theft of property, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor failure to appear on 2 outstanding warrants. His bond was set at $15,000.
