Authorities say that two family members found dead earlier this week in Fulton County died of natural causes. Monday a welfare check was done at a residence on Ruth Road in Elizabeth Arkansas. A neighbor found the body of 76-year-old Esther Sams outside her home. Deputies then were called and found the body of 52-year-old Rick Raines deceased in the home. No evidence of foul play was found by investigators.
