A Koshkonong man charged with the murder of a man near Lanton Last December will have a bond reduction hearing on Friday. 31-year-old Shannon Colins allegedly shot and killed 30-year-old Jesse Lee Branstetter on December 22nd. Collins was also severely wounded in the shooting. Collins is charged with first degree murder, first degree burglary and two counts of armed criminal action. Collins will appear before 37th Judicial Circuit Court Judge Steven Privette.
